1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:

The product was damaged during shipping.

The product is expired upon delivery.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Items purchased on clearance or sale, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

You will be asked to send the product back to us.

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit based on your preference.
4. Replacement
If you prefer, we can send you a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to product availability.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the error was on our side (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
