All products sold on BeAuthantic are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not deal in counterfeit or replica items. However, product packaging or labeling may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful submission on our website.

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer as payment options.

  • BeAuthantic reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, technical errors, or suspicious activity.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. Availability of products may vary, and we do our best to keep stock updated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect products, reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

6. Privacy & Security

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. We only use it to process your orders and improve customer experience. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
